We are seeking for a reliable experienced Receptionist with excellent customer service skills to work all front desk duties.
Must have the ability to sell products and treatments.
Must speak Spanish.
An applicant with experience in medical spa is a plus.
A good candidate should be organized, people friendly & have strong multitasking skills, and able to work at a quick pace.

Responsibilities:
Verifying each patient's identity against all records and reports to be reviewed/documented during the visit Answering the telephone, assisting with check in, check out and/or referrals as needed.
Preparing charts Rooming patients Call patients in advance to schedule appointments & remind them on their appointment.
