Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and increase brand visibility Manage and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, EBay, Wayfair, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify) Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities Utilize marketing automation tools to create targeted email campaigns and customer segmentation Analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives (inventory, billing, and order fulfillment) Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce Customer service management for all E-commerce platforms Processing orders through NetSuite ERP Working with the Print department to fulfill custom orders and LTO items Integrating new systems and processes (i.
e.
Celigo, WMS, Transparency) Resolve issues that may arise from the E-commerce channels Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related roles Strong knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems Familiarity with web technologies such as JavaScript and SQL Experience in social media management and social media marketing campaigns Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Strong communication and collaboration skills This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team.
