Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience.
Experience supporting Windows 10, 8.
1, and 7 environments including Active DirectoryExperience imaging and configuring laptops and workstationsProficient in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office products including Office 365 and network issues.
Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills with the ability to provide clear instructions.
Professionalism in communication with superiors and subordinates.
Adaptable to a changing work environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
