Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst for a client in Weston, FL. This person will be supporting the DMS team which follows the data warehouse life cycle using an iterative approach in creating an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to support internal reporting and analysis needs. The DMS team is involved in all aspects of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) including Master Data Management (MDM) and supporting database development efforts in other groups. The selected individual will be responsible for all requirements related activities for projects assigned to the DMS team and managing those projects through to completion.
Qualified candidates must possess broad experience conducting requirements gathering sessions and creating the functional specification documentation for EIM projects. This position demands strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving expertise, while working with current and emerging technologies and managing team dynamics.

Primary
Responsibilities:
-- Work with stakeholders to understand, prioritize, and estimate development resources required for new features in addition to enhancement and bug fix work efforts
-- Lead and create deliverables for all aspects of business analysis and functional design for DMS initiatives. Activities include requirements elicitation, functional specification creation, technical requirements, use cases, scenarios, and visual model development (UML and other)
-- Partner with engineers to unit test code and create technical designs for software components based on system requirements
-- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) role and partner with Engineers in the creation of test plans and test cases to provide maximum coverage for development and maintenance of our products
-- Ensure product meets business and technical requirements
-- Manage project issues to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction expectations
-- Lead product demonstrations and overviews with business units
-- Lead business modeling discussions
-- Mentor and educate others regarding EIM analysis methodologies, best practices, and tools
-- Define EIM analysis methodologies and best practices
-- Keep current with other system changes that may impact the solutions provided by the DMS group
-- Build and maintain strong peer relationships within the team and across the organization
-- Utilize Microsoft SQL Server database tools for QA, and analysis of data sources
-- Utilize Microsoft BI tools for QA and reporting
-- Produce and present training material on reporting tools
-- Keep projects and initiatives in motion and delivered on time
-- Responsible for maintaining ISO 27001, SAS70, and SOX compliance
Requirements:

years- experience working as a Technical Business Analyst

years- experience working as a Technical Business Analyst on EIM projects
-- 2
years- experience working as a Quality Assurance Analyst on EIM projects
-- Expert knowledge of Business analysis methodologies
-- Expert knowledge of EIM terminology and methodologies
-- Strong knowledge of all phases of the Data warehouse life cycle and software development lifecycle, with an emphasis on requirements elicitation, requirements and design modeling, documentation and communication
-- Able to look at the big picture, speculate, and conceptualize outcomes and identify trends
-- Experienced in writing use cases

years- experience as a technical project manager
-- Experience using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Continuous Integration, Extreme Programming, Test Driven Development
-- Experience with Microsoft BI tools (Power Pivot, Performance Point, Excel Services, Report Builder, Reporting Services etc.)
-- Experience producing and presenting training material on reporting tools
-- Experience in HRMS/Payroll industry
-- Some type of technical background such as programming
-- Power user of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint and MS Project
-- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education/Certification/License:
-- Bachelor-s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline highly preferred
-- Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or other related certifications a plus
-- Project Management certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Certified SCRUM Master a plus
Travel Requirement: Limited travel upon request
-MH 7/7/2009->Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
